This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the anti-cheat client, which processes data under a separate agreement with the studio operating the game.
Who is responsible
The controller of the data collected through this site is the operator of armorify.it, reachable at the contact address in the legal notice.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your email address, and optionally your studio, title and message. We also store the language of the page and the country code your request arrived from. We do not store your IP address; it is processed transiently by our infrastructure provider to prevent abuse.
Why
To reply to you and to gauge interest in the product before it launches. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and stores the database in the European Union. Notification emails are sent through Resend. Nobody else receives your data, and it is never sold.
Tracking
No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers. Aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics only. One cookie is set, and only if you switch language manually: it stores that choice for six months.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to the contact address; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
